unable to connect the database

can you help me plz,
and excuse me for my english lol
i installed a trial version of pt3 and when i want to start it, i see this window :

configure Postgresql server

Server : localhost Database: postgres
Port: 5432 Password: dbpass


So i chek on "connect" but i can't because of this message "unable to connect to this database. Please chek the configuration"

what configuration does i must chek ?

Try using this for the password instead: postgrespass

That might get things working for you.

4 days ago i installed free trial version of pt3 and it was ok but i unistalled it because of problems with my computer!
NOw i try to re-install pt3 and i have this problem with this configuration of server postgresql !
so have you got a solution ?

Please uninstall and reinstall PostgreSQL as explained on our documentation page and then everything should work properly for you.
