Hands missing after DB move

So I moved mt PT3 database to a new server using the postgres tools (backup/restore).
Created the new PT3 database connection and made it the Active/Default database.

Problem: I cannot see any data in PT3 even though I can see the data when I browse using the postgres tools.

Are you able to connect to the database in PT3? Do you receive any errors when refreshing reports?

I can connect to the database without an issue.
No players show up in the player list.

I tried running housekeeping with default options selected but that did not seem to help.

Try clicking Database --> Database Management, click New and then Browse, and see if the database you want is listed there. If it is, click on it, assign it a new name and click Connect and see if that brings the data up.

Removing and readding it seemed to do the trick.

New issue when running my HUD

I get the error:

The HUD was unable to connect to the configured databases.

I only have 1 database configured.
I have tried it with the database both checked and unchecked in the HUD options.

If you removed and re-added a database then you must have had more than one because you can't remove the only database. Did you add a temporary database and delete it again afterwards?

Regardless, try this:

Close PT3.
Edit this file: (make a copy of it first, just in case)
C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Data\Config\PokerTracker.cfg
(if you're using Vista or Windows 7 then you'll need to run Notepad as Administrator to save your changes.)
Find the section called "[Hud]".
Under that there should be a line starting with "Databases=".
Edit that line - delete everything [on that line] after the equals sign and save the file, then restart PT3.
The line should look like this:
