Weird Error Message

PTS no longer works. When I open it or try to do anything with it, I get this message.



What should I do?

I've done that a few times now. I continue to get the same error message.

To be honest, I didn't really understand the whole thread. But here are 2 pics from my comp. PTS is still not working.

As you can see the PostgreSQL database servers are not running and then need to be for that error to go away. Can you start them? If they don't start what does the error say?

How do I do that? And when I do it, what should the results should I look for (results that will make PTS work again)?

Sorry if I'm asking moronic questions. I know absolutely jack squat about databases.

Click Start > Run... > services.msc. Then click OK. Find PostgreSQL Database Service(s) in the list and then right-click, Start.
