Not working with new update ONGAME.

Same problem for me as well. Problems started this morning at RedKings (ongame). Had PT 3.07.2 when the problem started, updated to 3.07.6 but no help. Tables freeze when you turn HUD on...

How long does it take while the support find a solution for this problem??? Without hud its impossible to play multi tables...

I guess I have the same here. But I have made some changes to my hud yesterday and updated my cache, took 8,5 hours so I didnt play yesterday. Havent got any errors or anything. Just Bwin Crashes, when starting the Autoimport. It seems to work on some tables. I did first open one table when I was logging and nothing happend when the hud started on that table. I opened another table and when the hud started on that table, it froze, the little "hud-icon" in the top of the table did dissapear again. The other table froze aswell and so did Bwin main program. I start both PT and Bwin as administrator. Using latest version of PT (updated to see if something changed, but the same). Im going to make a ticket now and send both log files.

Seems like its something Ongame has done. Cause both Bwin,Tower Poker and Eurobet does the same. Then it cant be anything graphical? It must be in the information they are sending about the tables?

Yesterday they've updated the skin of Europoker and it began to crush when starting the HUD.

Seems like Hold Em users on Ongame have this problem to. PokerTracker crew, fix this fast and get some new users!

We're still investigating but we are working to get this fixed as soon as possible. Once I know more, I'll update you all.

All work fine, but after i turn "on" HUD all tables freeze, and I have to close them from the task manager -> processes. I try on my modified tables, and standart. Dont know what to do

If I use PT, then I Can't play in ongame...
What's the problem?
