HI, I solved this problem! You should donwgrade Flash player from version 10.1 to 10.0 and Adobe Air to version 1.5. But after that when you close any table it will crash again. Fortunatelly you will be able to play more than 1 table at once with PT3 HUD. I have Holdem Manager too and whole problem is solved there by tick "Force Ontop".

I downloaded these, but if I have 2 tables or more + HUD, then no good...
It's horrible, I can't play 2 or 3 days ago.
I think so I buy HM.

I have both PT3 and HM and PT3 is a more stable software than HM on Ongame. HM freezes ongame a lot, even before this latest issue.
But if you can afford, stay with both trackers specially if you play at others rooms.

I understand, but... I am a CG regular in ongame and I can't play 3 days ago with PT. My friends can play with HM. And I readed all forums this history... This history is no good promotion for PT.

I need that link too. Is it correct, that after I downgrade the programms I can multitable with HUD but won't be able to close tables since the client would crash again? Thats bad since I mostly play STTs and will have to close the client between the sessions to get rid of the open tables with finished tournaments.

So please, please, please you people at PT: get it fixed.

This issue does affect HEM too - I understand that they have a partial workaround (which I think removes some HUD functionality, although I haven't used it myself) but it doesn't solve the problem for everyone.
PT3 doesn't use Flash or Air directly, and the problem is with the OnGame software, NOT directly with PT3 (or HEM).

We are looking for a way to work around this, but really if the OnGame software is now crashing after they updated, and neither tracker software changed, then what we really need is a fix from OnGame.

I'm multitabling now for 10 min and it has not crashed. hopefully it will do it until PT3 has fixed their software.

remember to uninstall ver. 2.x before installing 1.5.
