"Please be advised of a temporary workaround to tick the "forceontop" function found in the HUD Option under "Table Preferences" after which the Poker Tracker program should be rebooted.

Furthermore, could you please confirm which Operating System you using?

However, if the problem lies with the third party software "PokerTracker" we still refer to their support for further assistance."

As far as I understand this is workaround for Holdem manager. right?

I've been told that we do have a contact at OnGame and there is a meeting scheduled to go over what is going wrong here, but unfortunately I do not know more than that at this time.

We are actively working on figuring out what is going on and what we can do to get it fixed. We fully intend to do everything we can to get this resolved. However, you should know that they are having these problems as well.

I'm told that the development team have a workaround for this issue and I'm hoping it will be released pretty soon, although I don't have a definite timescale yet.

There will be a new version released when this issue is fixed. This thread will be updated, as well. If you want an automated email notification when the version that fixes this issue is released please create a support ticket and we'll make sure your ticket is attached to the bug for this issue.

Hi Everyone,

just FYI, I got this email from Bwin customer service (Bwin owns Ongame I think?):

"Thank you for your e-mail.

Please be advised that the relevant department are aware of your issue and are liaising with PokerTracker to find a solution as soon as possible.

We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused and please be assured that we are doing everything possible to help PokerTracker overcome their issue with our client."

So it seems that they are starting to take it seriously, and realises that they can not (only) blame PT.

so lets hope they can find a solution when they sit down together...
