I'm told that the development team have a workaround for this issue and I'm hoping it will be released pretty soon, although I don't have a definite timescale yet.

There will be a new version released when this issue is fixed. This thread will be updated, as well. If you want an automated email notification when the version that fixes this issue is released please create a support ticket and we'll make sure your ticket is attached to the bug for this issue.

hey pt support team....am i blind or isnt there still a sollution? i understand if a problem takes time but after 2 weeks nothing really have changed. after 2 minutes the freezing is still on and what really is frustrating the the last post here is 4 days old. no news no update nothing. in my little poker community a lot of players have the same issue. please keep us at least posted.

The last post before yours was today, and there have been several posts over the last few days. We're testing the fix now and I expect it to be released soon, although I don't know exactly when.

Why the issue the same issue with holdem manager was solved just by this procedure
HUD OPTIONS > TABLE PREFERENCE > FORCE ONTOP > ACTIVE TABLE ONLY
why you dont have this option as simple solution?

Honestly, I'm not sure if I'd call that a "solution". We do have a fix in testing and we're hoping to release it soon - if you want to receive an automatic notification once it's been released, please create a support ticket.

We do support Stars fully and our workaround in alpha testing for OnGame is working reasonably well, I am hopeful we'll have a fix out soon.
