.....this sucks....how much longer? are we talking 2 days? are we talking 2 weeks? are we talking 2 months? Your replies of its going to be ready soon aren't good enough, please give us a reasonable guess as to when you think your patch/upgrade is going to be ready. I'm a long time Ongamer, I need your software to play MTT's, I'm a paid customer, but this service and how its all been handled just really isn't what I was expecting.

Things still seem on target, so hopefully we will get a release out either today or early tomorrow for this issue.

will this update be automatic or will i have to download it?

You'll need to download it as you do for other updates.
If you're using v3.07.5 (or another Beta) then you should get a notification when you start PT3 after the update is released, unless you disabled them.
If you have a ticket about the issue then you'll get a notification when the fix is released.
