3.07.6 - Full Tilt HUD issues

Postby chum_2000_uk » Tue Nov 02, 2010 11:09 am

I'm having problems with the HUD and Full Tilt. Basically it doesn't move correctly when the table is moved - if I move the table window right, the HUD moves even further right so that the HUD doesn't line up with the players anymore. Furthermore, quite often I'll try and move the HUD entities for each player and it will get to a point on the screen where they just seem to get cut off, or the entity will just skip to another area of the screen completely.

I'm running:
Beta 3.07.6
windows 7 x64
1920 x 1080p screen resolution

I have tried using 3.06.2 but for some reason I keep getting import errors for the hands (nothing else running during installation).

I cant remember what version of PT3 I was using successfully before, and also I can't download links to previous versions on this site anyway!

Really appreciate some help and suggestions on this as I've been pulling my hair out trying to sort this out. All I want to do is play some poker with the HUD working correctly.

Thanks

You can't downgrade from 3.07.x to 3.06.x due to changes in the database structure.

Please restart PT3 with the Logging Enabled link, and reproduce this problem. Then report it so that we can investigate further. We'll need to see what's going on in your log file when the table is moved. I've moved Full TIlt tables in that same version without experiencing the problem you describe.

Yes it should be on your Start menu (Start --> All Programs --> PokerTracker 3 --> Poker Tracker 3 (Logging Enabled))

Ok, do you need screen shots as well, or shall I just get the log file?

Ok... thats done, and screenshots taken. Now I take it I go to the 'New Ticket' in the support section? If this is correct, what do I put in the reference field, and how do I attach multiple files for the logs and screenshots?

Thanks

Sorry, worked out how to add multiple files. Just need to know what to put in the reference field now.

Cheers

*Edit, all done now, have submitted a new support ticket.

Thanks for your help so far

Anyone got any suggestions as to what I can try in the meantime while I wait for a response? I have tried changing the 'Auto Center' option and a few other things, but nothing I can think of has fixed this issue.

Cheers

If you use any other applications or scripts while you play, or any skins for your tables, try playing without those. Otherwise we'll get back to you via your ticket.
