Please attach the log file mentioned in the popup window after receiving the error to a support ticket and one of our technicians will read it and ascertain the problem for you so that you can get everything reinstalled properly. When updating PT3, you do not need to uninstall anything, just install the new version while PT3 and your poker client is closed. Repeatedly uninstalling PostgreSQL without cause is known to create problems.

We need that log in order to figure out what is going wrong for you. There are several things that could be causing this sort of issue and we can't tell you what problem it is until we know more. If your car's Check Engine light comes on, you can't just call up a mechanic and tell him that and expect him to know how to tell you how to fix it over the phone . . . it's the same basic principle here. If you create the support ticket and send us the log file, we will be able to figure it out. But just the screenshot is simply not enough information to know what needs to be done.

These images do not contain information which will help us determine what is causing your problem. Please create a support ticket attaching the log referenced in the screenshot you posted earlier and we will investigate further for you.
