I wrote to my poker client (Goalwin) and notified them about the issue and this is their response:
On 4 November 2010 22:14,
Hi!
The new ongame update doesnt work with the Poker Tracker 3 HUD.
When I run the HUD the goalwin client freeze up and crash. Without the HUD running and only importing hands in the background there is no problem.
I have adressed this issue with the PT support and they have made an thread in the forums about this problem.
In the forum I found that this problem was HUGE, and everybody who uses PT on an Ongame client have the same problem.
The PT support team let us reasently know that the problem is because of the ongame update and there is nothing wrong with the PT software.
They told us that "the ball" was now in your hands and that we would have to wait for you to adress the issue.
This is a HUGE problem for serious poker players and if this isnt resolved in an short matter of time I'm sorry to say that you probably will loose alot of serious players.
I hope this issue will be taken seriously and that we will get an answer from you as soon as possible.
Thanks
Arez

Hi Arez,
I forwarded your email to Ongame Network, this is their reply:
"Please be advised that this issue with 3rd party products and our poker software is a known problem. However, it was previously confirmed by our technical team that this issue is definitely on the side of the 3rd party product. Therefore there is nothing we can do about this problem.
This can be confirmed if you ask the player to use our software without PokerTracker. If the issue doesn't persist wen PokerTracker is turned off, then this indicates that the issue is not on our side.
Furthermore, as “PokerTracker” (or other 3rd party software) is not owned and supported by Ongame Network, the players should contact the 3rd party software for further assistance in this matter.
As a workaround we suggest that the affected players downgrade their Flash players to 10.0. Also, if they are using Adobe Air they should downgrade Adobe Air to version 1.5. For further information on how to do this, please visit the Adobe website."
Best regards,
Stina
