Issues for mac version

Postby Dreamstrike » Sun Nov 07, 2010 7:38 pm

Hi there,

It might be worth having a Mac section in the form so that searching would be easier. So far PT3 seems more useful the PC2 but:

1. Do I have to manually enter results for MTT and SNGs? that aprox 25+ a day

2. When I mark a hand for review, there must be a way to get all of them in a single place with a single filter. I have checked viewtopic.php?f=45&t=17489 but the second image down is like the holy grail for me, and yet to be found. I just want to look at the hands all in a replayer after a session, not f*&king around in 'reports' section that has every stat know to man, EXECPT marked for review, and brings up the spinning wheel of death.

3. Can I not combine FTP and PS in a single place, OK, so right know its worthless as none of my results are shown in the graphs; its just a single line crashing to the floor!  if I dont have to manually enter result, can I not have both site in one place?

Many thanks for bring the excellent Tracker to Macs :D

1. Please see the Tournaments FAQ - there is no difference on Mac.

2. Again there should be no difference on Mac. If you're having problems with that tutorial please report your problem.

3. Yes - you can link your names as aliases.

Its there a way of resetting the graphs/cashes/results, but keeping the player stat information? I recently started using PT3 on my Mac and I have a large amount in my old HH files, probably best to start from scratch now I know how to import results.

thanks

Easiest is to just create a filter so that what you see is just from a certain date onwards. You can do that via the filters screen.

Think I might have found the problem:

When I go to the reports tab: section: I need to go to Holdem Tournament hand, then I can combine the note + other relevant stats, before I was in the Holdem Tournament Tournament section'

I might be mentally slow, but I'll get there in the end

cheers for this. The range of things you can do on PT3 is really cool! 8-) Only problem is that its more than randomly clicking button, you actually have to think about it have. Cool learning process.

For marked hands, easiest is to follow the explanation in the Tutorial: Marking Hands for Review.

We do not have referral bonuses at this point in time, I'm afraid.
