Yes, if you've checked the config guide and FAQ: Importing to PT3 and still have problems please create a ticket.

For what it is worth. I am getting the same problem. Have checked all settings. I am getting no HUD for Stars or Tilt; PT3 (Beta 3.9) is saying that "cannot find Pokerstars files" which do exist...in the same location as before.

I have been using PT3 since it's early releases and have never had issues until today. I was running 3.0.8.1 beta......had the problem....then upgraded to the next 3.9 beta...problem still exists. I have not changed anything at all on my system.

Now that is wierd! I "enabled logging" in order to submit a trouble ticket......restarted PT3 (latest beta) and VIOLA! My HUD and PT3 are working just like always. I did note that in past beta versions "enable logging" was checked by default. Hope this helps.

Enabling logging shouldn't change the operation - all it does it write what is happening to file, but I'm glad to hear things are working again for you.
