i have uninstalled and installed versions 8.4 or 9.... nothing better... samE THING.... I'm not very good at maintenance so I caN't do better than follow the instructions to the letter ... So I prefer to work with one of your technicians: and, if necessary, to take hold of my computer to solve the problem
