Hands not appearing in 'Processed' folder

Hi, I've noticed that some hands I've played and important into PT3 don't seem to be appearing in the Processed folder. However some hands do appear in the Processed folder. Would anyone be able to tell me where the missing ones might be? Thanks!

PT3 doesn't move the hand history files to anywhere else so it's possible that they are still in the original hand history folder. For some sites if the table windows, or even the site lobby, are still open then the files are locked and can't be moved. In that case the files should be moved after your next Auto Import, though.
If the hands have been imported then the files can only be in one of those two places unless you've moved them yourself.
