Stats not showing since latest pahud patch update

Since I installed the ptracker 2 update my pahud does not show stats. It's been working fine for a year until now. The tables are visible in the pahud window, but no numbers (not even NA). I've tried disabling all filters and it's definately on the correct databases. I play on full tilt. Also when I close pahud it's still there in the processes list for some reason.

Also I have the latest version of pahud...ie 1.19.6

Make sure that the database you are importing hands into via PokerTracker is selected in PokerAce Hud under Options->Preferences->Databases->Holdem. PokerTracker should list the database name at the top of the import window.

I've checked that and the correct database is set. Now, however, the list of tables are not showing on the hud window either! Don't know what is going on.

What site are you playing on and what directory(s) do you have configured in PokerAce Hud under Options->Preferences-><site name>

I'm on FTP and the directory I have is the same one as I've had since around this time last year - C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory.

Also the list is back up now that I ran a database repair in poker tracker, but still no stats visible on any tables. I sent a log earlier today also.

If you sent a log then you should have received a reply. My inbox is empty. On the front page of this site, go Support->My Tickets and click on your ticket to view the reply. Apparently you did not receive the email confirmation?

Yes I recieved a reply, it was a copy of your original reply in this thread saying to check the databases were set on pahud. Was there something that I was supposed to do once I recieved this reply?

Also, don't know if this will help in diagnosing the problem, but when I uncheck the boxes in the list of tables on pahud, the box disappears and I can no longer re-check it.

What operating system? We may need to completely uninstall Full Tilt and PokerAce Hud in 'Safe Mode' and reinstall...
