updating cache error ?

ok, so i did all the things you said here above.
after that i started reindex database and all the other housekeeping stuff. but after 6 min the following error was there:



im really getting sick now, because i havent been able to get a income for over 2 months because of this shit

If you've done all of the above steps and still receiving that error then the data in the file that cannot be accessed has fatally corrupted your database. You may be able to create a new database - and I'd recommend trying to do so. Create the database, import a small number of hands (say 10k or so) and then run housekeeping and see if it works properly - if it does, reimport the rest of your hands from the Processed folder and you should be ok.

If that does not work or you do not have the original hands, you may be able to export your hands from the damaged database - at which point you'll be able to reimport them.

Database --> Database Management --> New.
