Unable to get the game date error

Getting this error while trying to import razz hands. Please help!

If you still get that error please post one of the hand histories here that won't import.

I figured it out. It started happening after I changed my timezone on full tilt from ET to CT. I switched it back now and everything has starting working again!

I had the same problem, and I also found out that adjusting my fulltilt clock to my local time was the cause of me unable to import new hands. However im having difficulty figuring out how can I import those old fails into my database. Also what/where I have to modify so I can keep my FT clock showing me local time with no errors with importing?!

Make sure you have the latest patch, then move the hands that failed to import back into your FT hand history folder and force the import again.

Not working, new hands from FT import fine since changing back to ET timezone but old ones wont.

OK, the format is not even close to what PTS looks for, but depending on how many hands you have you could open the files in Notepad and replace the first line of every hand so that it goes from this:

to this:

Basically remove the bold parts. Then the hands will import.

Yea I probably have like 10k or more hands from that period so I guess I wont be doing that.

So basically I have to keep FT clock on ET timezone if I dont want rigged HHs?!?
