Wrong total chips won amount in RUSH ME

I play some RUSH multientry tourneys and noticed that incorect numbers in General->Amount won column for selected tourney. For example i make 4entries all by 1500 chips and i don't won tourney, so obvious i lost 6000 chips total. But pokertracker shows that i lost 3820 chips. I check this for many tourney - all of them don't show correct amount of chips i lost. And it seems that for more hands played in tourney - more difference between real and showed numbers.

I thought maybe there not all hands imported, but i count manually amount of hands for one tourney and it was the same as in PokerTracker. So now i have no idea how it happens.

Somebody saw this problem?

P.S. I don't use this numbers, but i use graphs with allin EV, and this problem i guess can make them wrong too - so i can't understand i play bad or run bad.

This may be to do with the way that entries are combined as tables merge, but if you attach the hand history files for one of the tournaments where you see this to a Support ticket we'll check it out.

No i check it for tourneys in which i don't have merged entries. I make ticket with hand history ASAP(probably tomorrow).

I look more deep in handhistory and find out that they are not full. So problem actually in missing hands in saved handhistory. I.e. for some entries handhistory ends when i still have some chips. But for last entry last hand always present, otherwise i'd notice this much early.

I have many custom statistics for M in specified ranges. So maybe i lost some hands because it too hard for my pc when i quickfold about 10 hands in a row on 4 tables?(i play very fast on early levels) Or all hands should be in handhistory anyway?

They write the final hands after the hand finishes - if there was a problem with hand writing, you'd need to contact Full Tilt so that they can fix the issue in their software. We do our best but incomplete hands can sometimes simply not be imported.

I look another 3 tourneys - it looks like its really final hand not writing in some cases(i'm not 100% sure that only final hand, but i'd try to verify this soon). And it looks like its not writing only in 1st or 1st and 2nd busted out enties. Thats weird. I have some thoughts - i check them later.

I can write to Full Tilt, but if u suggest me most effective place to do it(maybe some thread on twoplustwo etc.) - it would be nice. But they probably try to say that this is not their problem, but yours. So i need to know: PokerTracker do nothing with handhistory file - just move it to "Processed" folder?

We don't write the hand history file at all - we just read it and when we're finished reading it, we move it.

If the file is incomplete, the only way it can end up in that fashion is because it was not written completely by the Full Tilt Software.

You could also try PMing FTPSean or FTPDoug on 2+2 about the issue.

One more quick thought occurred though - how soon after the end of the hand(s) in question did you stop the auto import?

Not soon. There 2-5 minutes atleast before i stop auto import. Actually more, because incomplete hand histories was for 1st and 2nd busted out entries and then i play a lot hands for another 2 entries and then was pause atleast 2 min before i press "Stop Auto Import". And for another tourneys i checked: i play 2-3 in a row(4 entries in each), so i stop auto import in about hour after 1st tourney ends, so i don't think this somehow affects on this issue.
