Problem with Playback Hands

Hi

After i installed new patch i cant playback any hands , when i click on a hand the window opens and whole hand is look like empty , then of course i cant playback it , is it possible to change it somewhere in the options ?

It sounds like PT can no longer find your hand history database. Did you install the full version instead of the patch? Make sure you installed PT in the same folder as before.

thats strange , i have same folder and i see hands that i import now after installed the patch , but all hands that were imported earlier are blank , maybe some folder has changed for hand history storage , you know is in in options or sth ?

Are you using Vista on this PC?
Are you sure you have been running PT as administrator every time you start it?

i have the same problem, but i dint get any window that opens whne i kliock on the link to open the playback window. i installed the full version, use xp with an admin acc.

This is not the same thing. Use the Reset Replayer Window Position option under the Window menu in PT.

Using xp on administrator , its strange cause all the stats for hand are displayed , who won etc, but when i click on Game# , it goes to empty window and when i click Playback this hand... there is an error

Could not find hand history for Game Id ...

All the data i imported from now on have everything ok but all past now is blank

The stats are stored in a different file than the hand history text.

If it's not showing the old hands then something has happened to the old hand history database.

Installing the patch would not have caused this because it doesn't touch the database files at all, only the program files.

Search your hard drive for the existence of a file called hhdb.mdb - do you find more than one such file on your computer? If so, what folders where the files found in?

Also, in the c:\program files\poker tracker v2 folder, is there a file called hhcopy.mdb there? If so, what is the date/time and size of this file?

have two hhdb files one in Program Files/Poker Tracker and 2nd in Program Files/Poker Tracker v2 , does it mean i installed it in diffrent folder and should overwrite this files now or how to fix it then

i overwrite the file from poker tracker folder to poker tracker v2 but still hands are blank
