.XLS and Ultimate Bet

I'm trying to import a tournament from UB and they of course sent it in .XLS. I've saved it as .txt, but it states unrecognized format. I've even tried playing with the text file & sill no go.

Any help ?

Is this for PokerTracker 2 or PT3? This is the PokerTracker 3 forum and PT3 does not yet support Ultimate Bet...
