i've had pt3 for 4 years but never use it cuz of bugs!!

the hud on wsex does not seem to work .

it does work if i run wsex as administrator though but things were very weird meaning u could not see the lobby well at all
and when u are sitting at the table u can barely see what how much money u have.

do u know what i mean?

when i ran wsex as admin in past it was perfectly normal... now u can barely see the lobby ..

log in wsex as admin. u see what i mean?

This tutorial explains how to take a screenshot. You can't attach screenshots to posts directly - you'd need to upload it to a hosting site (e.g. photo bucket, etc). Alternatively you can attach the screenshot(s) to a Support ticket and post the ticket number here.

ok i asked full tilt to send me all my hh folders.

They sent me like ten hh folders with .rar files.

No what do i need to do to put this info into pokertracker 3?

Use WinRAR (or some other similar program) to decompress the rar files into text files, and then use the Manual Import tab's Import From Directory (assuming it's in multiple files, if it's one big text file, use Import From File) to import the directory with the uncompressed text files and PT3 will import them.

Yes, you'll need to download them and uncompress them - PT3 cannot process .rar files.

I don't know - what e-mail client are you using? When you click to save it, what window are you seeing? It should show you where things are getting saved somewhere.
