3.09 beta 6 tabletracker bug

having just installed the new release, i can no longer open table from table tracker.

Are you playing at PokerStars? If so this is a known issue and we are currently investigating.

yes i am, but the previous version works fine. i re-installed beta5 and can confirm "open table" works, just as usual, you have to open launch site first... new version is a no-go.

In that case, try copying the if1.enc and if1.dll files when the old version is installed (those files should be in the PokerTracker\Data directory) and after updating to the new version copy them back in place. I think that might get things working for you again.

I've just been informed that the 3.09.6 beta should have been fixed and should be working again if you redownload and reinstall it. If you aren't seeing it work in 3.09.6, could you please let me know what operating system you're using?

i did not try the copy method, but i did try re-installing beta6 now and the bug is still there.

Windows 7 home.

Works FINE with beta5.

Not sure i care enough for the updates to bother meddling with files so i'll just reinstall beta 5

windows 7 home, pokerstars. install beta 6 w/o issue. run b6 w/o issue, search feature in tabletracker works, clicking the launch site button works, then clicking open table does not. just an empty response... (of course all table filters are off and i'm in the right lobby area...)

b5, using the method above, i never had a problem, for weeks.

not a big deal, b5 is fine for me

rebooted and tried again. fresh day and brain. same as before tho, i can do everything with b6 except open pokerstars tables.

After you install 3.09.6, what is the date of the if1.enc file? (in this folder:)
C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 3\Data

if1.enc = 3-10-2011 4:28pm

is the "date modified" after another b6 install.

if1.dll on the other hand, is new, 3-13-2011 10 am (now.. i just reinstalled b6.. can confirm that problem still exists)
