Great and thanks - I'll zip it up to you and get that to you here in a bit.

ALso - I used the sb vs bb steal stat and the stats come out the same as the others.

thanks

(2) We have a 150 hand sample, of which he's in the small blind 75 times. Of those his VP$IP was 54 - so he played 40 hands. We know he limped 5 times, so his attempt to steal should've been 35 / 75 or 46 so something is definitely going wrong here. Could you zip up and attach the hands in question to a support ticket? Then we could test on the same hands and try and figure out why this isn't working properly.

I guess I'm not sure what you'd like for me to attach? Is it just the hand history file that I'm referring to? I'll go ahead and make the ticket and attach this small 150 hand history file as well. Do You want me to send over my HUD stats over as well?

Since you're just using the default statistics the hand history file will be sufficient.

(3) We do have some other stats though that I don't think I've mentioned previously - BB v SB Steal - Call should be stat 1 that you want, and it is calculated a bit differently than the other stealing stat so that one should still work - it uses the pot size and raise amount facing to make sure the only person in otherwise is the small blind.

So if you could create that support ticket for (2) we'll definitely look into it and try and figure out what is going wrong here because that stat really should be working exactly as you want it to.

Hello -

thanks for hanging in there with me. I pulled up a different HH that would give me a clearer and more concise example of what I'm trying to accomplish. Again just to catch you up or remind you on what I'm doing here - I'm trying to break up the sb and bb aggression vs passiveness stats by subbing other generic stats in the db. I'm doing this because as a player having just one over-all vpip stat for both positions doesn't give me a whole lot of info in regards to his aggression or passiveness p/f.

So over 257 hands on this player his sb vpip = 74 and bb vpip = 46.

Starting with breaking up the bb stat I actually had to replace the "total 3b" with the "3b pf" stat. I put in the "pf 3b" which is 13 and both his "cc bb from ats" and "cc an ats from sb" = 59 ... so 59-13=46 - this is what I needed. So this is good stuff.

In the sb it's a little more confusing because this player did limp quite a bit otb. Both His "ats %" and "ats from the sb" are 55. His "preflop limp %" is 20. So problem solved they add up more or less to 74 (not including the decimals it more or less comes out even.)

Now my confusion herein lies with the limping. What's odd about the limping is that in the details of the "limp pre %" stat it says he limped a total of 25 times out of 128 times (19.5%) His "cc a raise after limping" 8 times out of 11 (73%) .... so did he limp 25 times or did he limp 11 times? I always thought limping was only preflop when calling the blind - but perhaps the later "cc a raise after limping" accounts for something post flop :?:

Am I missing something here? That said if I am please let me know what it is. If I'm not I'm happy to zip up the HH and send this one off for examination.

But at least I got the sb and bb pfr and cc figured out ...

:) thanks again.

He limped 25 times. Of those 25, only 11 times did he face a raise - the other 14 the BB checked and took a free flop. PT3 stats are calculated out of opportunities to do something - limping alone doesn't make an opportunity to limp/call, you have to limp and face a raise.

You want a stat to count situations where:

BTN opens, BB calls, BB checks, BTN checks, BB bets the turn?

That's Probe Turn.

hello -

In my sessions tab on the "sessions hands" window and in the hands tab in the "known starting hands detail" I have customized the columns. Is there any way to save (via exporting I believe) this customization? I'm having to reformat my hd and I don't want to go through the process of customization all over again ...

also - all my notes on the players and my sessions and hands ... is that saved to a particular file? My plan is to take the whole PT3 folder in the c:aps section and copy that - then when my computer gets back from repair I'll download it here and then take the previously copied file and merge it with the new one ... is that good enough?

thank you very much ...
