Pokertracker freezing

I got a new computer and installed Poker Tracker 3 on this one.

When I run it on pokerstars, it freezes after about 5-10 hands, not uploading the UI on PS. If I try to click anything (for example stop importing) in PT3 it totally freezes, and gets unresponsive.
I have to force it to shut down, and restart it. It will import the hands it missed, and update the UI on my pokerclient realtime, but freeze again after about 5-10 hands.

I downloaded the newest pokertracker version.

Anyone got an idea what this can be?

Does the cache show as 100% in the status bar of PT3? If not, run Database > Housekeeping.

My cache were indeed 0%, after running housekeeping it got to 100%, but problem still persists.

I will read the FAQ, and report the problem if I don't resolve it.

I have the same problem with pokerstars. PT3 freezing when 6-10 hands of new tournament processed. I need stop and start import. It is very nervous.

If you can reproduce freezes in 3.11, please report them so that we can investigate and get them fixed.
