Cannot Connect to Postgres Server

My rush HUD was lagging, so I just went through this process: http://www.pokertracker.com/forum/viewt ... 45&t=10393.

Now, when I try to start pokertracker3, a "Configure PostgreSQL Database" window comes up, and asks me to enter a databse, server, user, port, and password. They are already filled out, and when I click "Create," an error message comes up that says:

"Unable to create PostgreSQL database:
PT3_2011_04_06_150453
Reason: Unable to login to database (template1). Reason: could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x00000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "???" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?"

This is real frustrating...PLEASE HELP?

Click Start (on XP click Run), type services.msc and hit enter. In the window that appears, locate the PostgreSQL service and attempt to start it. Does it start and remain started?

PostgreSQL service isn't even in that window...

Then you will need to install PostgreSQL - if it's not in that list, it's not currently installed. Please follow the directions on our documentation page to get everything reinstalled.

Alright, I uninstalled and reinstalled everything, and now it's working again, except now I'm having problems with my HUD again. I guess I'll make a new thread. Thanks for all your help!
