Also, i keep having the HUD pop up in the wrong table. I have 4 table tile when i play. The HuD stats show up in the bottom right corner table when it should be in the top right corner table. Is there a reason for this?

My tables look like this on my screen

X X

X X

I'm playing the first top 2 tables with the 2 X. The 2 bottom tables i'm waiting for enough players. Is there a reason i have the HUD stats shown on the bottom right table and not the one on the top? The stats/names of the players on shown on the bottom one...

It seems like all these problems i'm having, the only way to fix it is to STOP AUTO IMPORT. Then start it again.

Is it a common bug?

Say 8 of these players i never seen. of course they have 0 for hands and as more hands we play, we see 5 , 10 hands etc. But to those players that i already have hands logged on... say 50 hands, how come they don't update every hand like 51, 52, 53 etc like everyone else?

That is probably due to the Refresh Rates setting - see the Tutorial: Configuring HUD Options for information.

Are you playing MTTs?
When you are moved to a new table window Bodog do not update their table windows so PT3 isn't able to find the correct window. The best thing to do is close the table window and then re-take your seat from the tournament lobby. Stop/start auto import will also work but will cause you to miss the odd hand from the other tables you have open.

Hi. Is there reason to not do refresh rates after every hand? Does that clog up in computer or something?

okay this is still happening every time. Everytime a sng is done, those stats of those players show up on another new table i opened or a table that i opened but still waiting for players in that sng.

Having your HUD stats refresh every hand shouldn't cause problems on a decent system with the cache at 100%.

Please report your problem with logs, screenshots and hand histories to illustrate and we'll see if we can find out what is going on for you. The more detailed your report the better.
Thanks.

The wrong position on the right table, or on the wrong table?
Logs with screenshots and hand histories would really help us see what is going on, along with the time you notice the problem and at what table(s).
