Hud translucency & popup issues

Adjusting the hud's translucency isn't working for me, it just stays the same when I try to change it.

Another issue is with the popup in that the bottom of it trails off my screen and isn't visible.

EDIT: I was adjusting the mucked cards translucency, sorry...

So is the translucency working? You didn't specify in your edit, but that's the feeling I get from what you said.

To move the popup, right click and drag.

Yeah sorry - the translucency is now working. Or rather it always was, I was just adjusting the wrong one.
