HUD disappears on Bodog after opening Merge table

I'm aware of the need to close a Bodog table after being moved during a tourney, stop and restart the auto import, then take your seat, in order for the HUD to work correctly at the new table. For some reason every time I open a merge table (site overbet) while I'm playing Bodog mtts, the HUD disappears on my Bodog table(s) and will not come back up not matter how many times I try the above process. The HUD will only reappear once the merge (overbet) table is closed out. My apology if this has already been discussed.

Have you upgraded to v3.11 yet? A very similar issue was addressed in that version.

yes v3.11.0 beta, should i go back to v3.10?

This sounds like a new issue. Please attach a log file demonstrating this problem to a support ticket so that I can take a closer look.

fwiw it seems v3.10 doesn't have the same issue so far, if i run into the same problems ill take a further look into it later, thanks again

You shouldn't need to stop and restart auto-import. Closing and reopening the table should be enough.

still the same issue here, it would be grossly -ev for me to figure out how to attach a log file while playing on multiple sites, isnt that the software teams job to do things like that anyway?

Sometimes these interactions between different sites' software can cause problems on some machines and not others and it isn't always possible to reproduce.
Please make sure you have the latest drivers for your graphics card, and have installed the latest Service Pack for your version of Windows, etc.

If you still have problems please open a Support ticket and give us some more detail about your system and exactly what type of tables you're playing, etc.
All you need to do initially is run with logging enabled and send us the PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files after your session.
If there is some specific circumstance which causes your problem we will of course try to reproduce it, and fix it where possible.
