HUD layout editor dependent on auto-import on

Postby BlStinger » Wed Apr 23, 2008 11:46 pm

This bug report is similar to this thread - http://www.pokertracker.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=3154. AFAIK you can't edit your HUD's layout without auto-import turned on. For a site like PokerStars, this means that the user must wait to play at least one hand before working on the layout. Also, editing the HUD is not nearly as usable as it was in PokerAce - I'd love to drag and drop my (individual) stats right onto the table.

Oh and one more HUD layout issue - you can set up your HUD to have multiple newlines, but the view itself only shows the first. Basically I was trying to set up my stats in a similar fashion to PokerAce with a line of stats above the player and a line of stats below.

We have some things up our sleeve to make editing the layout much easier and less cumbersome. Stay tuned, it will make a beta release soon...

Regarding your other issue, I have marked this thread for Josh's attention so that he can address that.

Best regards,

Yes, if you put 2 or more "new line" in a row you don't get any space, just a single new line.
You can work round this by adding a "text" stat between the lines and just entering a <space>.
You can also vary the height of this line by changing the text size.

You can also make PT3 look like PA Hud by using one stat per group and just creating multiple groups.
