PT3 beta 9 with no HUD

reading though the many post i have the understanding that PT3 now has a HUD. The first time I downloaded PT3 it was beta 6 and of cousre that version didn't have a hud. i never download any hud because i have the understanding that the HUD at the time of PT3 beta 6 didn't work with PT3. So what do I need to do to get the HUD.

another problem I am have is that PT3 is crashing (i get an error message,I guess that is what crashing is)

beta8 and 9 both have the built in HUD. Once you are in a table and have played some hands the Hud should activate on its own.

PT3 doesn't work anymore. I click on the icon PT comes on just a few second then disappear.

What is the exact error message that is displayed after you launch PT3?

Please send us the 'PokerTracker.log' file (which is located in your main PokerTracker 3 directory) to us via the Support system so that we can look into the issue.

The log is created automatically each time PT3 is started. There's no need to enable logging.
