Poker Tracker is not recognizing hand histories. I have checked to make sure I have the correct directory set in PT and the poker client is putting the hands in the folder.
Any suggestions?

Are the hand histories in English? You need to have all of your poker sites installed in English for PT3 to import the hands.
Or do you mean that the files aren't even recognized?
If the FAQ: Importing to PT3 doesn't help please report your problem so that we can investigate further.
