I want to offer you a few ideas:

1. Now there are a lot of equity calculators (PokerStove, etc.). All they are doing the same thing. But they do not have the next opportunity.
For example, I want to learn to hand XX (eg 67s):

On the flop, I will bring:
2 pair = ...%
Three of a kind = ...%
Straight = ...%
Flush = ...%
Full House = ...%
Flush-draw = ...%
Straight-draw = ...%
Gutshot = ...%
Top Pair = ...%
(2 pair OR Three of a kind OR Straight OR Flush OR Flush-draw OR Straight-draw) = ...%
etc.

The flop and turn, I will bring:
2 pair = ...%
Three of a kind = ...%
Straight = ...%
Flush = ...%
Full House = ...%
Flush-draw = ...%
Straight-draw = ...%
Gutshot = ...%
Top Pair = ...%
(2 pair OR Three of a kind OR Straight OR Flush OR Flush-draw OR Straight-draw) = ...%
etc.

Ie I want to know how many percent of my hand will get better on the flop (or on the flop and turn, or on the flop, turn and river). Small pair improves to Three of a kind on the flop to 12.5%! and 56s? 46s? 42o? AKs? QTo? etc.
If you add this feature in PT4, it will help many, and nowhere else such a program will not be.

2. Notes. I think that it is more convenient to use a multiline field for notes, rather than sorting them by date (if someone is needed to add the date, we can click on the button "Date", which will add the date to the current cursor position). If the player a lot of notes, they must be organized, but now can not be done (they are sorted only by date, and you can not swap them).

3. Please add the possibility of pop-up windows when you hover on a particular stat. As in HM, just with the flowers in the style of PokerTracker. I think so many will be more convenient (you can conduct a survey). When many of their own stats, it is convenient to break up into small popup window and display when you hover on a particular stat. This is a very important change! I think that if you do, you will PT4 unequivocal leader in the market!

2 pair = ...%
Three of a kind = ...%
Straight = ...%
Flush = ...%
Full House = ...%
Flush-draw = ...%
Straight-draw = ...%
Gutshot = ...%
Top Pair = ...%
(2 pair OR Three of a kind OR Straight OR Flush OR Flush-draw OR Straight-draw) = ...%
etc.

На флопе и терне я соберу:
2 pair = ...%
Three of a kind = ...%
Straight = ...%
Flush = ...%
Full House = ...%
Flush-draw = ...%
Straight-draw = ...%
Gutshot = ...%
Top Pair = ...%
(2 pair OR Three of a kind OR Straight OR Flush OR Flush-draw OR Straight-draw) = ...%
etc.

Т.е. я хочу знать, в скольких процентах моя рука получит улучшение на флопе (или на флопе и терне; или на флопе, терне и ривере). Мелкая пара улучшится до Three of a kind на флопе в 12.5%! а 56s? 46s? 42o? AKs? QTo?

Thanks - I'll pass on your comments. The notes system is definitely improved for PT4. :)

We don't plan on adding texture ranges to the built in PT4 equity calculator because it falls outside the scope of how we think the tool will be used for post game analysis. Instead we have created a post flop range report in PT4 which shows street by street results visually, it is not the same as your request but it may be helpful for your needs none the less globally across your entire filtered database.

There is a third party equity calculation utility that performs the function you were asking about, I recommend you take a look at Flopzilla which shows how a range may hit the board in the remaining streets. The tool allows the user to input a range and a board and will then show in what way and how often that range hits the board. This tool is not supported by PokerTracker, but you might find it helpful.

As Whiterider mentioned, the notes system has been completely redesigned, it uses a new free-form editor with text that can be formatted. The date entry has been removed, as it is not that important for the end user. I think you will be very happy with our new notes system in PT4!

Our default HUDs will continue to follow the popup with tabs model because that is what the majority of our users want, but you are free to customize the HUD to add more table groups with their own pop ups. PT4 uses a popup system which is very advanced, you can create multiple table groups and each table group can get its own popup and tabs within the popup - our users have the freedom to customize their HUDs in ways that cannot be done on any other tracker, the HUD designer is very powerful!

PS: Thank you for providing the original post in Russian, that helped me find alternative translations to make answering your question easier. Good luck, we hope you enjoy using PT4 when it is released!

Thank you for Flopzilla. Useful program. But it does not do what I said. I myself a programmer, and myself have written a calculator that I need.

Thank you very much for your reply. It is waiting for output PT4!!! :)

Just got the idea. You can do that to your notes, recognize the card and display small images. For example note:

DB F: 9s9h @ PF R (3) utg, F DB (1 / 4) / 3B (allin) @ As2h9c

And while watching, 9s9h, As2h9c pictures will be displayed.

It will be very convenient. :)

But it is not so important :)

pasita wrote:From the previews it seems there's finally an easy way to separate between FL/PL/NL games. PLEASE make it as easy (or rather, the default) in the HUD. Also, do separate HI and HILO games. I don't want to see villains Omaha PL HI stats messing up the hud when playing Omaha FL HILO against him.

If there was a confirmation for this (go/nogo/we'll see/meh) then I missed it. I hope this feature is planned?

Hi and Hi/Lo stats are separated already in the alphas as far as I'm aware.

I believe FL is split from NL/PL but NL and PL are mixed. I'll have to check on this though to be certain.
