Hud and PT3

hello there i have now installed of pokertracker and its running..well not really because its not importing my hands..i dont know whats happening.i cant see my stats or the other players..the hud is there but its isnt working.its no importing it is just watching the hands

Please make sure you have your site properly configured as explained in our Configuration Guides which you can find on our documentation page - it sounds like you may not have PT3 looking in the right directory or your poker site may not be set to save its hand histories.

What site are you playing at? Are you running your client as Administrator?
