Problem to unninstall postgres propoerly

hi when i try to unuinstall postgre in start menu/ run/ cmd and that i type net user postgres /delete in the windows i have this message: system error 5 has occured. access is denied.

You need to run the command prompt as administrator - right click it in the Start menu and choose Run As Administrator.
