database cluster initialisation failed

I have this error before instalation end ( database cluster initialisation failed ) I try to google but did not find any help
any help from here?

I had this pop up when I try install postgres first time , I try other ver. but still same issue
win 7 32bit non english ver

Are you sure you haven't had PostgreSQL installed before on this computer?
How did you install it? Did you install manually (which version? 8.3, 8.4, 9.0..) or did you run PT3 and have that install PostgreSQL for you?

sure this was first time, first i install 8.4 manualy then 9.1 manualy , then try PT3 install but that install did not ask for install postgres I had only error massage that pt could not connect to database

What anti-virus and firewall software are you using?

I use eset NOD32 , I try it once with turned off firewall and protection
