Uninstalled PostgreSQL and now having problems....

Hi, I used PT about a year ago with the free trial. I bought it today and reinstalled PT3. I also reinstalled PostgreSQL seperately. When I tried to open PT, the configure PostgreSQL Server comes up, with all the information filled out, but when I click connect it says "unable to connect to database, please check the configuration." So I played around with Postgre and tried different things but really had no idea what I was doing. So I uninstalled them both and tried again, but still wont configure Postgre. What should i do ?

Please follow the guide on how to uninstall and reinstall PostgreSQL in the Documentation - it needs to be fully removed in order for the reinstall to work correctly.

Hi, we have the same problem and the guide of 'documentation' isn't working...it shows a page that take me to a site where they ask me to buy something...

Which link is causing you problems? If you can tell me where in the guide you're stuck I'll help you get past it.
