I just got a new computer, how to DL postgreSQL?

I just got a new computer, how to DL postgreSQL?

So when I log into my account on here, under downloads, there is no option for a full install. I don't have PostgreSQL on this computer and need to install that too. Where is the page for that?

I got it installed on my own. I learned that you get prompted to install it when installing PT3 on a new computer. So all set.
