My name isn't showing in settings

can't find my name in settings.
I use pt3 and play at pokerstars.be

It looks like you've had PT3 for a while - has this only just happened? Have you just started a new database or something?

Yesterday was actually the first time that I used pokertracker. I think I did everything according to the manual.
Everything works, expect that I can't retrieve my name in the playerlist.

We do see that in some rare cases when first starting, but we haven't been able establish why.
Try creating a new database and re-importing your hands and see if your name appears in the new database?

Didn't work. installed beta, doesn't change a thing.

Did you try creating a new database, or just updating PT3? Updating won't make any difference to the content of a database.

I created a new db with the aid of your link.
Could the problem be related to ps?

Sorry - I missed that you were playing at Stars.
It is more likely that you have something mis-configured, so that you're only getting observed hands importing.
Please follow the PokerStars Configuration Guide in the Documentation which explains how to set things up correctly.
If you still have trouble check the FAQ: Importing to PT3 too.

Everything was already set-up correctly.

As you can see pt is importing observed aswell as played hands.

Let me sum up my problem one more time: only getting hud of other players, can't find my name in playerlist.

That looks as if only observed hands are importing - please follow the directions above to set things up correctly so that the hand history files containing your played hands are imported.
If your own hands are still not imported please report your problem - your logs will contain more information to let us see what is going on.
