Hud not displaying infront of proper players

here is a screenshot of stats being off by 2 people.

even the 'end of hand showdown cards display' is off by 1 person sometimes

That looks like a 6-max table?
Do you have the Adjust Qualifying Tables Limits option enabled, as the Tutorial: Preferred Seating suggests? 888 do not specify their table sizes so if you don't use that option PT3 will be using the same layout for 6-max as 9-max tables.

Regardless of whether the stats are next to the correct players, if you move one of the stat groups to a new position and PT-icon > Save Layout, and then join a new table is the group that you moved in the new position or where it was before?
If it isn't in the correct location then that suggests that PT3 wasn't able to update the file where it stores this information (PokerTracker 3\Data\layouts.pt3). In that case (if you are using Windows 7 or Vista) please double-check that you have PT3 configured to always Run As Administrator:

..and that the PokerTracker\Data folder (and its contents) haven't been accidentally set to read only or protected (right click the folder and choose Properties).

yeah after playing awhile i realized i can just sit at the spot where my stats are.

but the 'last hand showdown display' is still always off by 1 person
yeah i got the preferred seating setup in that tutorial

not really a big deal just letting u know

You can move the 'last hand showdown' cards too, with right-click-drag. There is no need for this not to work, and if you want to pursue it we should be able to get it to work correctly. Do you have Adjust Qualifying Tables Limits enabled?
