Cannot get HUD stats or HH's to import while on FTP

So if you go to Full Tilt -> Options - Hand History..., is the "Save my hand history" box checked? And is the path in "current location" the same one as the one you've set in PT3?

yes the both file folders coincide and are the same. still nothing. no HH's beging sent to the folder either. and nothing being imported. only stars is importing. geez this is nuts i dont get it

If you are using Windows Vista, make sure you are running FTP as Admin.

i am on vista yes. FTP as admin. what exactly does that mean. sorry not the best with computers. how would i do that

I'm not on Vista myself, but I think you right click the program file (C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\FullTiltPoker.exe), click "Properties" and go to the "Combatibility" tab. Under the "Privilege Level", choose "Run as Administrator".

ok i did that as well, still nothing.. im getting discouraged here

ok everybody, i finally got it to work now. thank you very much for all of your help. the problem was not having ftp "ran as admin" it now works. i am now importing my HH's and HUd stats now show up.

thanks again to all. i love the product and will def be purchasing when it comes out
