BB fold to SB steal HUD stat not working

The stat simply says NA on all the HUDS on all my tables. I'm playing SNGs and need this to work on my HUD. I've tried removing and re applying the stat but no joy. Any suggestions ? Thanks.

Are you certain that players have faced steals from the SB while in the BB? That is not the most common scenario so needing significant numbers of hands in order to have data does not seem that odd.

Yes, I play SNGs and BB folding to SB steal is very common when reaching the push/fold stage.

Do you see values for that stat in the main application reports? You can add it to any report showing player stats.

If so, do you see values for it in the HUD in the Replayer?
If you can find an example of a tournament where you saw a steal like this but the stat is still NA then please attach the full original hand history file to a Support ticket along with screenshots to show what you're seeing.

Ok, a couple of things, I don't understand what you mean by "do you see values for that stat in the main application reports". When I click on the link you gave my configure report pop up looks the same as the picture in the link, there is nothing there about any specific stats though.

Secondly there are no values in the HUD in the replayer for this particular stat, again it just says NA and when I hover the cursor over the stat it says 0/0 and I know 100% that some players have folded their BB to a SB steal. Every other stat is working fine.

Thirdly the stat is working on cash games perfectly just not tournaments which seems strange.

Finally another problem stops me from attaching a full original hand history file to a support ticket. The folder where Pokertars hand histories are kept is automatically emptied as soon as I click "Stop auto import" on PT3 when I finish a session. According to Pokerstars I need to contact you as they say it's something to do with Pokertracker as the hand histories stay in the folder if I don't use PT3. This also means I can't look at the tournaments through SNGWiz which is a pain. I have no idea if Stars are just passing the buck though.

I hope this is reasonably clear as quite honestly computers and computer speak are a mystery to an old git like me !!!

PT3 moves the hand history files away from the original hand history folder after they have been imported so that it doesn't have to re-read them every time you start an import. See the Tutorial: Using Auto Import for more information on "Move Processed Files To".
The folder they are moved to by default is C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 3\Processed.

However - there is an issue with that stat which I forgot about. You should use the "BB v SB Steal - Fold" stat instead. That should work correctly.

Thanks, the new stat works fine. One further question, can I resize the HUD, I've found out how to resize the font but that only makes letters larger, the numbers stay tiny, in other words can it work like HEM where the size of everything in the HUD increases or decreases when resizing the tables.

PT4 will address this issue completely.

You can change the size of the numbers too - you need to select the stat rather than the "text" before changing font.
