HUD does not come up in Merge Network (Betfair)

Hi! I have a Mac and my HUD does not come up. Whats wrong? Its importing hands continiously so I cant understand why it wont come up. Help please!

Betfair is on the OnGame network. Due to a bug in their Mac software you will need to use their instant play client, instead of the downloaded client, in order to get a hud.

Has there been a fix or a work around found for this yet? Users still get some issues going on this.

They have fixed their software and it should be working properly I believe. If you have trouble, do let me know.
