ipoker skin: HHs arent imported correctly

playing on Titan (ipoker) i have problems since today with PT reading the limit i am playing on correctly.

PT says in the general info tab:
Game Level: $0.00/$0.00

is this a known issue and is there a solution for it?

i am using xp.

this did happen today, yesterday everything was fine. nothing changed since then

it ran fin the last session. so i have purged all hand from today and imported
them again. now everything is looking nicely.

even i still dont know why this happend, the only reason i can guess is that i started
PT twice.

I still have problems, downloaded the patch and I allow for regional changes, but I still win 100x as much as I should have according to the HH's. something to do with . and , I guess, but shouldn't the regional changes fix that?

Though I wish the numbers were true - up $190k in a couple of days

What email was used to purchase PT? I have no record of this one used for the forum.

Quick thanx, Pat, I had a problem - 1st time, too, only today- playing a PaddyPower tourney (IPN). Wasn't getting PFRs or accurate T$ wins/losses in the Tourney Time window. Got the "K" patch, installed, reimported the HHs, all OK.
Support like yours is truly great.
