We are not yet finished implementing tournament features at this time - I do not know at this point if that feature in particular is one that will be addressed in PT4 before the commercial release.

We don't have a release date for the public beta yet. We're hoping to have it out in January, but that isn't set in stone yet.

Omaha and holdem are very well integrated in PT4 and virtually all functionality is the same - there are a few additional filters specifically for omaha too.

You do not need to register. I expect a few more private beta codes to be released at some point, either to our Facebook or Twitter followers (so if you don't already follow PokerTracker you may want to) or via a notification in the forums.
If you don't manage to get one of those there will be a full public beta period where anyone can try it, as Kraada said above.
