Deactivating auto import disables Site Configuration buttons

I clicked on the button next to "Preferences" to configure the existing sites and deactivated auto import for all three of them.

Now, there is a button "Site Configuration". It looks active but the mouse pointer changes to a stop symbol as soon I try to click it.

Trying to re-start pt didn't help either.

Try checking the "Show Hidden" option next to the site list.
