instalation error

Hi

I get this error while trying to install (when PT is downloading something, I guess new postgreSQL):
An error occurred in the internal thread.
Exception: Server stopped responding


then Configuration postgreSQL installation screen aperas, I click instale and I get error that instalation package was not able to be opened

What anti-virus/firewall software do you have installed on your machine?

COMODO but I have allowed PT$

also now my PT3 cann't connect to DB

I have disabled antivirus/firewall and I get this error:

Unable to create PostgreSQL database: PT3_2012_01_31_182932
Reason: Unable to login to database (template1). Reason: could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "???" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

Click Start, type Services.msc and hit enter. In the services list do you see PostgreSQL?

I try to instal PT4 in my new laptop and get this masage OS is Windows 7 home premium I uninstaled norton internet protection and disabled windows firewall but still the same.
