Import exported hands from pt3

Ok yes in that case it is definitely plenty of time. Is this something you can reproduce? If so could you send us the log file from the conversion attempt? You can open the folder with the logs by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window before beginning the conversion - the file we need is in that folder and is called PokerTracker4.log

Hello,
I tried both (conversion and import from disk) ways several times but it seems that i can't manage to transfer completely my Pt3 database into Pt4.
Here are some pics from my last conversion. I miss cash and tournament hands. I have the Pt4 log file after the conversion and it is 14MB. Is there anything i can provide in order to find the solution here?

Do you have either of the two text files with the Unrecognized File format? That would help. Even if not, please zip up and attach the log file to a support ticket for us, that will still give us some information about what was going on here.
