Beta 10 - HUD stats missing as updates occur

Please reproduce this and attach screenshots of the table as well as the PokerTracker.log file to a support ticket. Be sure to reference this thread.

New user. Same problem here. Where can I find the log file?

posted something, seems to not have gone through. I was able to change the database and it appears to be working ok for right now.


oops, still having same issues. Some are showing and moving away.

Same problem for me. Playing full tables on Full Tilt. I did notice that going the the HUD Configuration screen and clicking the Apply button restores the missing stats.

I think I discovered a short term fix. When it happens, it seems that if I go to Configure Statistics>>>Hud Options and deselect the only DB I have listed under "Read from Databases" and click Apply the problem fixes itself. But if I then close this screen Immediately return to it, the database is again selected and the problem begins to slowly and apparently randomly return.
