[Bug]Statistic Tab totally messed up, Result tab partial too

Need to report another bug this time strange thinks happen for me with PT4.
First of all before I started my session yesterday all reports were fine and totally with the same winnings. Then I played a session and checked my winnings for today and afterwards I reseted the filters so that I could see my whole hands. There was no change in the amount of hands visible (I just saw my hands played today) but when I clicked on the stake and had a look at the graph I could see the right amount of winnings and hands (e.g. played 2k hands yesterday and the graph showed me the whole hands at this limit in this case 70k~). Changing the filter to "this month or since a date etc. showed me the right hands too). Refreshing or restarting didnt change anything.
So I wanted to report this bug today but before that played a session this morning and had the currency conversion bug again (as reported earlier) so I used the set auto rates feature to get the right winning amount. Now I get this....

What should I do now?
Man, 140k€ under ev ...lol

Nothing is right ^^
Its for the statistic and the result tab (but in the result tab the overview report is correct the others are wrong too)


ps: it looks like it totally multiplied all my hands with the factor 45!

updated the cache on all my databases now and it looks like the results are correct again.
Why should I need to do this (didn`t changed a think as mentioned before)? Do we need to update the cache from time to time?

You mean you rebuilt the cache via the Database Management window? That should definitely not be necessary on a regular basis; we added it as a support option in that menu in order to fix cases like yours where clearly the cache had corrupted data. Do you know at what point the data became corrupt? Was this a new conversion from a PT3 (or other) database?

No, not really. It was the PT3 database which was converted to PT4 when I started with the beta program (in december wasnt it?). Didn`t have this problem before so the first bug (just seeing 2k hands of my 70k) came totally without me using PT4 anything different than before...the 2nd occurred after I autorated the currency (via database->currency).

Which version of PT4 was this database created with then? It's possible there were problems in the updating that rebuilding the cache would fix - but again it would not be something you would need to do regularly as we are going to avoid changes to those areas as much as possible.

dont know the exact number but I got one of the first beta keys and this database was build when I first started PT4

Ok have it again (again after using the database->currency feature so maybe this is the source), this time all my hands are multiplied with 14

If you create a new database (Database > Database Management) and import some hands there can you reproduce the problem in the same way?

I am very unsure how I should reproduce the problem when the problem "comes and goes". Right now I have correct everything right in the Result-Tab and the Statistic Tab ist multiplied with 21 (and again this is just when I choose no filter at all if I choose since a date and take any date in the past then everything is correct. Have it on 13.2.2011 right now and everything is fine! So I guess there is something wrong with the non-filtered version and PT4 likes to give us more hands than there are )
